Current Position: He joined Wrocław University of Health and Sport Sciences, Poland, after graduating from the same institution, where he also earned a doctoral degree in Physical Education. Currently, he is an adjunct at this university. He also serves as a member of the university swimming team’s coaching staff. Additionally, he has worked with a research and development (R&D) team on computer vision technology as a Database Developer Specialist.
Scholarly interests: His primary research focus is on motor control and motor learning, including motor skill acquisition processes and the effects of external, practice-related variables on the efficiency of learning and refining movement techniques across different levels of swimming experience. To objectify research outcomes, he employs measurement tools based on biomechanics and physiology. Throughout his research and consulting activities, numerous participants, including swimmers at various skill levels, have been tested and evaluated. He has authored or co-authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and chapters in edited research books and has delivered several presentations at national and international conferences.
